Achievements/Tasks- Grew the UK office from me at home with a laptop to top performing office across three locations. My team, despite being 7% of staff, accounted for 54% of revenue in the business (March 2017 - March 2019).- Ran P & L, hiring & training for UK staff.- Personally bought in over $6.4 MIL in new business and revenue- Project managed and built with Engineering team, our non app business ($0 to $3.3 MIL revenue with $1.48 MIL gross profit).- Used analysis from SQL / Periscope on big data sets (from our Machine Learning and AI) to forecast and provide insight.- Deep knowledge of mobile landscape including apps, mobile content, lead gen, DSPs, machine learning, tracking platforms etc.
